2. About the site and services

Vectrel provides business-focused technology services that may include AI strategy and consulting, custom AI development, full-stack web and SaaS development, workflow automation, data engineering and infrastructure work, AI training and fine-tuning, and ongoing support and maintenance.

The Site is an informational resource about those offerings and a channel for starting conversations with Vectrel. The Site itself does not create a client engagement, statement of work, or binding delivery obligation. Project-specific services are governed by separate proposals, statements of work, and other written agreements between Vectrel and its clients.

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the Site.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or abusive content.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract Site content without authorization.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to Vectrel.

4. AI assistant and interactive tools

The Site may include an AI assistant and other interactive tools that help visitors learn about Vectrel, submit an inquiry, or schedule a conversation.

Outputs from these tools are provided for general informational and business-development purposes only. They do not constitute legal, technical, compliance, or professional advice, and they are not a binding offer or commitment by Vectrel.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for evaluating whether any information provided through the Site is appropriate for your needs before relying on it.

5. Inquiries, submissions, and booking requests

When you submit information through our intake flow, public AI assistant, contact channels, or scheduling tools, you authorize Vectrel to use that information to review your inquiry, respond to you, schedule meetings, maintain internal records, and support related business-development activity.

Public-site submissions may be processed through internal systems and service providers that support storage, workflow automation, scheduling, and email delivery. Public-site submissions are not subject to project-specific confidentiality, data-processing, or regulated-data obligations unless we separately agree to those terms in writing.

If you need a confidentiality agreement, specialized data-handling terms, or another protected channel before sharing sensitive information, please arrange that with us separately before using the public site to transmit that information.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, code, branding, and other materials, are owned by Vectrel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless applicable law allows it, you may not without our prior written permission:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify Site content.
• Use Vectrel trademarks, trade dress, or branding.
• Create derivative works from Site content.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise present the Site as your own.

7. Third-party tools and links

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party tools and services, including scheduling and infrastructure providers used to support the public-site experience. For example, we may rely on Cal.com for discovery-call scheduling and on other vendors for site hosting, storage, analytics, AI processing, or communications.

Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Vectrel does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, tools, or policies except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that Site content will always be complete, current, or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectrel and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectrel's total aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms or the Site will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to access the Site during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vectrel and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vectrel operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
